1. Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Nourishfy iOS app. The short version: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data.

Information we collect. None. Nourishfy has no account, asks for no personal information, and collects no usage analytics.

How your information is stored. Everything you create — practice history, streak, journal entries, gratitude notes — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to us or any third party, because the app does not connect to any server. Deleting the app removes this data.

Data sharing. We do not share, sell, or transfer your information, because we never receive it. There are no advertisers, analytics providers, or trackers in the app.

Network and tracking. The app makes no network requests and contains no advertising or tracking technologies.

Notifications. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device and send no information to anyone.

Children. The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Security. Because your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and the operating system).

Changes. If a future version handles data differently, we will update this policy and its date before that feature is released.
